Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement.

Returns

To maintain the quality and safety of our products, we do not accept returns on any orders once they have left our premises.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos to verify the issue. After reviewing, we will arrange for a replacement or corrective solution.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within one hour of placing the order. After this period, we begin preparing your items, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
